Brilliant Communities Welfare and Charitable Trust , State level committees were formed to organize the weaker sections in the united Telugu states. Through these committees, committees are formed at the district, constituency and mandal levels. All the groups are identified and organized with those committees.
The new generation is coming from time to time and accordingly it is the responsibility of the government as well as the society to provide employment with vision.
This trust has been established with the aim of educating the rural youth on political and social leadership qualities and self-employment and financial self-sufficiency.
Activities will be undertaken to bring about the priority of caste professions. By giving due respect to all castes, the weaker castes will be recognized and encouraged in the fields of education, health and politics.
- Bringing together BC social groups.. political for them. Conducting social awareness classes.
- Efforts to facilitate access to subsidized loans and grant of loans for higher education opportunities for BC students
- We organize awareness seminars with experts in the respective fields to get loans through banks for self-employment
- To organize job fairs with corporate organizations for employment of rural youth specially for students.
- Organize training classes on modern agricultural methods for BCs in agriculture sector and organize agri-exhibitions as mandals for farmers on the working of crops and agricultural tools before the season.
